Ingredients:

  • 200ml Almond Milk
  • 3/4 Frozen Banana
  • Ice Cubes
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon flaxseed oil
  • 1 serve chocolate flavoured protein
  • Bluberries
  • Chia seeds
  • Bee Pollen

Method:

  1. Blend all the ingrediants together
  2.  Top with blueberries, chia seeds and bee pollen.
  3. Add Ice to thicken the shake. And Enjoy!
