Meet Amy, your warm, energetic, and compassionate Pilates teacher. She is passionate about making Pilates accessible and enjoyable for everyone. With a keen focus on attention to detail and the ‘little connections’, Amy creates a positive movement experience that helps her clients achieve their goals.
Amy has been teaching Pilates since 2017 and holds comprehensive Pilates teacher training and yoga 200 teacher training certifications. She is also a certified Buff Bones practitioner, which is the leading medically endorsed program for osteoporosis. With her expertise and commitment to ongoing learning, Amy is dedicated to helping her clients move with confidence, strength, and flexibility.
