These are a little twist on the classic Bliss Ball and make great study food.
The Walnuts, flaxseeds and chia are high in the Omega’s, which are great for concentration. These also make a great alternative to lollies or chocolate.
o 3 Dates, Pitted and cut up
o ½ Walnuts (soaked for one hour) Chopped up
o 1 grated carrot
o 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
o 1 Tablespoon flaxseeds
o ¼ /1/2 cup almond meal
o One Tablespoon Coconut Oil
o ¼ cup Shredded Coconut
o 1 teaspoon cinnamon
o 1 Teaspoon Mesquite powder
o 1Teaspoon Honey/ Agave
1. Mix all ingredients together
2. Roll into 4/6 small balls
3. Roll the balls in some coconut or cacao for decoration
4. Refrigerate for half an hour.
