Ingredients:
- 200ml Almond Milk
- 3/4 Frozen Banana
- Ice Cubes
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon flaxseed oil
- 1 serve chocolate flavoured protein
- Bluberries
- Chia seeds
- Bee Pollen
Method:
- Blend all the ingrediants together
- Top with blueberries, chia seeds and bee pollen.
- Add Ice to thicken the shake. And Enjoy!
