This is an easy and delicious salad which is great to prepare the night before!

Ingredients:

  • Kale (Chopped and marinated in lemon juice, olive oil, salt over night)
  • Sprouts, Broccoli, mungbean
  • Capscium
  • Cucumber
  • Hemp seeds
  • Organic Tuna
  • Apple cider Vinegar

Method:

  1. Combine the marinated kale with the sprouts and vegetables. Top with the tuna and Dress with a tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar.
  2. Enjoy!
