After a long day at work its super important to stretch yourself out. I find the half moon pose a great release for my back and the side of my body. Standing with your feet firmly grounded raise your hands over your head and interlace your fingers releasing you index fingers. As you inhale reach up, and as you exhale lean over to the right. Hold for 30 seconds and repeat on the right side. This is a great pose for removing tension in the back and shoulders.
